4. Travel Documents

• Guests are responsible for carrying valid identity proof, travel permits, visas, and other required documents.

• Shreehari Tour & Travels will not be responsible for denied entry due to missing or invalid documents.

5. Health & Safety

• Guests must ensure they are medically fit to travel.

• Any medical conditions should be disclosed at the time of booking.

• We are not responsible for illness, injury, or accidents during the tour.

6. Cancellations by Company

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, or insufficient bookings.

• In such cases, customers will be informed and offered a refund or alternative option.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Shreehari Tour & Travels acts only as a tour operator and is not responsible for third-party services such as airlines, hotels, or transport providers.

• We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control.

8. Code of Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, guides, and locals.

• Any misconduct may result in termination of the tour without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
