We understand that plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation charges depend on when the cancellation request is received:

• More than 15 days before departure:
  ✔ 80% refund (after deducting service charges)

• 7–14 days before departure:
  ✔ 50% refund

• Less than 7 days before departure:
  ❌ No refund

• No-show / last-minute cancellation:
  ❌ No refund

2. Cancellation by Company

• If a tour is cancelled by Shreehari Tour & Travels due to unavoidable circumstances, customers will receive:

  • Full refund OR

  • Option to reschedule the tour

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

• Bank charges, gateway fees, or third-party charges are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Government taxes

• Visa fees

• Flight cancellation charges

• Hotel no-show charges

• Special permit fees

5. Amendments & Transfers

• Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Bookings are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by us.

6. Force Majeure

No refunds will be applicable for cancellations due to:

• Natural disasters

• Pandemics

• Government restrictions

• Political unrest

• Airline cancellations beyond our control
